This Kalimba was sent to me by the company to take a look at and I love it. If you want something musical, fun and cheap, this is a very good option. Because it is such fun and it really looks a lot more expensive than it actually is, it would make a great gift. The kalimba is Solid Mahogany and very well finished. Importantly, if you have never played one of these or any other instrument you will find this easy. I am a guitar teacher but I do not play one of these but within minutes I could get a tune out of it. I don’t like giving such a positive review, but I couldn’t find anything to criticize. This would make a great Christmas present or musical gift, it is a cheap kalimba but you would never know.
